Terms & Conditions



A deposit is required for each wedding ceremony and/or package. See all package descriptions and payment details on our Packages Page.  All deposits are non-refundable.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit, or e-transfer to niagarafallsweddings@gmail.com. We do not accept cheques or cash at this time.

The remaining balance after your deposit can be paid on the day of your ceremony, or at any time before that.


Each couple is responsible to obtain a valid Ontario marriage license which is required for the ceremony. If a couple arrives without a valid Ontario marriage license we will do everything possible to reschedule the ceremony on the same day. If the ceremony must be rescheduled to a different date because of a forgotten license, there will be an additional $100 charge. No refunds for ceremonies if the license has been forgotten.


If you need to reschedule your wedding date or time for any reason (subject to availability) there will be a $100.00 administration fee applied to your bill. We also require 30-days notice. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes as availability for some services may be difficult to obtain.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to notify Niagara Falls Wedding World of any delay, intent to rebook, or cancellation. If there is no notification of delay or cancellation of your ceremony, and you are a “no show”, no money will be refunded.

In the event that you must cancel your ceremony, your deposit will retained. Any other moneys paid will be refunded. If you decide to rebook within the next 365 days (one year from your original wedding date) your deposit will be honoured.  A $100 fee will attached to your new booking if it is over one year after your original wedding date.

Our weddings are not rushed, however, to be courteous to your guests and the wedding parties behind yours, every wedding should begin within ten minutes of the announced time. If your wedding is delayed the officiant reserves the right to reschedule the wedding to the first available time slot available on that same day.

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to notify Niagara Falls Wedding World of cancellations and changes. Upon the proper notification and receipt of the event cancellation from the client, any refunds that are due will be credited back to the clients’ original form of payment within 14 days.
